Braden has been working for a long time to exact his revenge on Niall, and seeing Jean as Niall's captive only makes Braden more determined to see it done. A great highlander version of love at first sight, with interesting and likable characters. I liked Jean's strength and determination. Once she was thrown into Braden's world, she was more than willing to take on her share of the fight. I thought the ending was a bit rushed, but it didn't bother me overly much. I wish Braden's commander, Keith, could have his own story. He was such a great character, and I'm sure many of the men in Braden's ranks would be of interest had we gotten the opportunity to known them individually. Would make a nice series. This is a short story, but I felt for the length, it seemed very complete.Product details

Although I am a bigger fan of Grant's paranormal books, this one was very entertaining and I do
enjoy the Highlander stories too.
Forever Mine delivers plenty of action, romance, and thrills. Braden makes for a fine hero, a true warrior. He has one thing on his mind- revenge. He's not afraid and he will stop at nothing to kill. A slight turn of events puts him in the path of Jean, a woman whose clan had been captured by the ruthless Niall. The adventure for these two is only beginning, and what a wild ride it is.
Donna Grant creates amazing characters- strong heroines, and heroes that make the females swoon. It's a story you don't want to miss. It's very enjoyable, a quick read, and lots of fun.
I love Donna Grants writing style! No matter what the storyline, the detail, historic or modern is right on! This is a great read.
One of my favorite authors is Donna Grant. All of her books are good reading and Forever Mine is no exception. The hero is larger than life and his love for his soul mate is unconditional. You will love this book.
What likable characters! The hero and heroine were both people you couldn't help but cheer for, and the villain so rotten you couldn't wait for him to get what he had coming. Thoroughly pleasurable short escape.
I love Donna Grant 's Highlanders so I was very disappointed in this sweet little story. Why? Fourteen pages were missing from my copy ! In the telling of such a short tale, that is a HUGE gap ! Warning.!!!! Do not purchase the e-book. Do not get it for free either. What is the point of reading a good story when it's guts have been ripped out ?

This is a historical romance with paranormal themes running through it.
Rachel is travelling with her father and sister when she is captured by the Macbain clan. She escapes, however, and is helped by Alec Munro, chieftain of a rival clan.
Rachel has healing powers and saved Alec's life after he was slashed because he was distracted by her beauty.
Alec is a handsome, strong and honourable man - the perfect hero.
He eventually has to fight Macbain who wants to claim Rachel as his, but there is no way Alec will let her go.
